The Schwegmann's of South Africa came over on a ship called the Beta. The then settled in Westville, Durban. There were two Schwegmann families onboard that ship. I'm related to one of them; as far as I know It's the one that's also connected to the Rachmanns. I can trace the lineage back quite far, but I am not in possession of the family tree at this moment. When I get it I'll try post it for you all.
