Berkeley County [W]Va SCHWINGEL/Swingley/Swingle/Swimley

I have traced the Clinton OHIO Swingley's back to Berkeley County Virginia (now WV). Michael Swingley came to OH from Berkeley in abt. 1827 (Henry is his son). He was the son of Peter Swingley (originally born as Johann Peter Schwingel), who apparently came to Berkeley from PA in abt. 1780, Michael was b. abt 1788. This Peter harkens from the original SCHWINGEL family that has been traced (living in both PA & Washington County, Maryland). Peter's nephew, Benjamin, also settled in Berkeley County...listed as "Swingley" in the census...but buried as "Swingle." Peter was married to Catherine Bashore.

I'm trying to find the parentage of a John "Jacob" SWIMLEY (b. abt. 1770) who was supposedly there for a marriage in 1794...(and one in 1804)...and definitely died and is buried there (1824).

Online researchers have only specified Michael as the child of Peter and Catherine. Does anyone know whether they had any other children - and/or whether he left a Will?
