Hello,
My name is Laura Scully and I am planning a visit to Europe in August/September. I will be spending time in and around Dublin, and I decided to see what I could find about my family history, knowing that my family came from Ireland.
My great-grandfather, Charles Bryan Scully, was born in Tullamore, County Offaly. He immigrated to the USA and died in California around 1915. I was hoping that perhaps you could tell me anything you know about him. I was hoping to find specifically where he lived prior to his immigration. I know that he married Margaret Crean of Cork, but I believe this was not until after they both immigrated to the USA.
