I'm a descendent of William scully, he is my great great grandfather. Erin Scully is my great grandmother. I'm just getting started on my family history so can't offer much in terms of new stuff I'm afraid.

I believe Patrick was serving on HMS Renown in Malta in 1901 at the same time as Alfred Larg (my great grandfather). I presume Patrick must have introduced Alfred to Erin at some point although I do know Erin lived in Malta at some point in her life. Erin and Alfred married in 1903 in London.

Erin and Alfred had two daughters - Valerie and Malita (although`intriguingly the 1901 census entry shows Norah and Alice living with a young child called Malita). Valerie is my grandmother. Does anyone know why they were living in that household?

I would love to hear from any other descendents or if anyone has some more information please get in touch.
