Yes, you are correct. Vincent Scully and his wife Elizabeth Maxwell Scully were domestic servants of a famous wealthy socialite family. Their daughter Margaret Mary Scully was a nurse who served in France during the First World War and then married George Clayton Eoff. George Eoff was a doctor, they relocated from Missouri to Wellsburg, WV. Dr Eoff died in about 1954 and is buried at Annapolis, MD. I believe his wife died earlier and is buried near Wellsburg. I'm married to a granddaughter, I can dig up the dates for all of this if you wish.
