Hello Kevin/Val:

For Mat(hew) Ryan B 1874 +/ 1 yrs, Co. Tipperary, with a father forenamed Henry, I found 1 rcd, 1874, Tipperary Civil Parish.

For a Henry Ryan and Marg(aret) Scully M 1869 +/- 5 yrs, Co. Tipperary, I found 0 rcds. This infers: 1) the search range is wrong. 2) The rcds didn't survive. Or 3) They married elsewhere.

For Henry Ryan B 1849 +/- 5 yrs, Co. Tipperary, with the father's forename unknown, I found 2 rcds: 1846 Ballinahinch and 1852 Ballina RC parishes. Father's respective forenames were John and Con.

For Margaret Scully B 1852 ditto, I found 4 rcds. Details and father's forenames are below:

Church Baptism Scully Margaret 1847 Co. Tipperary, John
Church Baptism Scully Margaret 1849 Co. Tipperary, Jacob
Church Baptism Scully Margaret 1851 Co. Tipperary, Jacob
Church Baptism Scully Margaret 1854 Co. Tipperary, Patrick

Hope this helps. Good luck.
