For Mic(hael) Scully B ????, Co. Laois, with the father's forename unknown, I found NO B rcds earlier than 1812.

For Mic(hael) Scully M ???? ditto, the earliest rcd is in 1816. This date seems almost a decade too late for your timeline.

If you have the childrens' names, it MAY be possible that their B records survived. Suggest you repost with their names and DOB.
