I have no problem conceding to the poorer representation in your own area, especially Billingshurst, Itchingfield and of personal interest to me - Storrington. Alas, even at Chichester County Records Office, the actual records of e.g. Kirdford (of importance to me) show many years are missing and many other years are too damaged to read.
Also I'm not sure how you arrived at the "conjecture that you are related to the Scutt line?
