Scutt connection, East Tennessee, 1900s

Does anybody have information on a Scutt family from East Tennessee in the first half of the 1900s? They eventually lived throughout the South.

Arthur had sons: Arthur, Floyd, Whiting, George, Harold and a daughter Evelyn. All are probably now deceased.

They were perhaps of German origin or maybe from the town of Schutt, The Netherlands.
