The DeLorme Atlas of South Dakota shows Milesville in Haakon County, south of Milesville Flat, where three branches form Straighthead Creek, and eight miles south of the juncture where Straighthead Creek joins the Cheyenne River. It's about thirty miles north of Philip. That's ranch country, and not many people live around there. Have you contacted Nancy Horton on USGenWeb for Haakon County?
