To all, Everyone loves a mystery. I have a photograph showing a group of people that are related, although I don't know their names. My GGrandfather was Anton Due and died in San Francisco. In his effects are two photos. The first is of 5 men and 2 women in front of an old house, and the name "Ed" written on the face over one person. It has an inscription on the back saying "Ed and GGramdpa Due's relatives in South Dakota". Second photo, dated 8/30/1941, was processed at the Miller Studios in Pierre, SD, and shows 5 men and 1 woman. No inscription. The story was that Ed is the nephew to Anton Due. The name Cristine Boysen also shows up as the mother of Anton. Two possible names have come to light, Hendersen and Hendrickson. One person is also named Lloyd or Floyd, was reportedly the son of Ed, and was in the service. I can E-Mail a copy of the photos directly to anyone. Any assistance would be appreciated. Ron Gates.
