I didn't want to overburden the message board with my previous message. After spending a little time on your website, I will comment on a few people. I have personal contact with Ron Feller(no relationship to me established yet), a descendant of Nicholas Feller & Barbara Mantz(Bauschleiden)....Also, our closest neighbor was Philip Remacle, son of Mike & Maggie(Calmus) Remacle. They(with other family members) are all buried in St Joseph Cem at Howard, SD. Philip's brother Peter married one of my cousins. There are numerous other Calmus family members also, of which one family is also related to me by marriage.....Another name I picked out of your lists is Reichling. I don't think Peter made it to S Dakota from Dubuque, but i think his descendants came to Howard, SD area.....With more time I believe I could find more names, but that should give you something to start with.
Did I mention last message that I have done a 67 marker yDNA test? I belong to Haplogroup I 2b. So far no other Fellers from the N France or Luxemburg have tested with FamilyTreeDNA.
