OLD SOLDIERS HOME IN HOT SPRINGS (1951) ??

In an obit for Lenora Westfall (1951) it mentions that her son Clyde R. Westfall was in an Old Soldiers Home in Hot Springs SD. He served in the Spanish American War.

Does anyone have any information about this home?

Any help would be appreciated.
