Need information on Thomas A. Todd and wife Elizabeth Warren Todd who gave birth to Lora J. Todd b 19 Feb 1887 Douglas County, South Dakota.

They lived in Illinois but for some reason were in South Dakota when Elizabeth had this baby.

I am trying to find the family they were likely visiting, either Warren or Todd possibly. This is the only child of five born in South Dakota. Others before and after were born in illinois.
