I am looking for information and/or children of Bill and Lucille Wilbur. I believed they lived in Southern California during the early 1940s as I have photos of them with my family (Millie and Jimmy Elie) in Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach. I know that there is one son, probably born in or around 1940. They may have come from South Dakota as they attended an all-Dakota picnic in the early 1940s.
