He was born around 1817, the eldest son of George Seabrook and Catherine Clark. There could well be a connection with Robert Seabrook and Elizabeth Olyffe (m Nov 28 1752), it's all the same area. Do you know the children of Robert and Elizabeth? We know of a William (marries Martha Dyer Apr 26 1786) and a possible Olyffe (c Nov 19 1753.
