Seabrook family re-union Tasmania 2006

A re-union of descendants of Henry William SEABROOK (b 1806 in Kedington, Suffolk) will be held in Hobart, Tasmania in January 2006, together with the launch of Sharon Brennan's book "The Seabrook Saga".

Descendants who have not been contacted by Sharon about this should respond to this e-mail to get on the contact list. Queries related to relationship to this Seabrook line are welcome.

HW Seabrook's parents were Harry SEABROOK(b Barnardiston, Suffolk 1779) and Harriet SMITH (b Suffolk 1782). HWS emigrated to Tasmania from London on the "Thomas Laurie" in 1832, with his wife Sarah nee WHITE and daughter Sarah. He was a builder.

His children were Emma (b 1830), Sarah Caroline 1831, Emma 1834, Henry William 1836, George Smith 1838, Louisa 1840, Emily 1842, Charles Thomas 1844#, William John 1836, Daniel Edward 1848, Hilda 1849 and Robert Arthur 1850##.

## returned to England

Descendants today are mainly in Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, New Zealand and England.
