Hi Kim,

I hope you get this given how many years since your original post.

I am wondering whether your Seabrooks might be related to mine.

I have a John Seabrook b1831 m Elizabeth ?? before 1861. They only had one son (I can find) Alfred William b1865. All three were born in Marylebone but by 1871 had moved to Lambeth, Deptford and later Camberwell.

I am having a hard time finding any info about John and Elizabeth and have a vague suspicion that John might actually have been a William John, given Alfreds middle name and my family's habit of using the fathers first name as the sons middle one.

John was a plumber.

Does any of this match anything you have found about the family since.
