Thanks for the information, Lynn, that you sent on Robert Seabrook b1652.
Regarding Benjamin Whitmarsh Seabrook, born 1/11/1901 in Charleston, SC,and died 10/1989 in Atlanta, GA: He was my husband's Grandfather. The middle name he went by was "William" not Whitmarsh. I don't know anything about why his middle name was different - he died before we all knew anything about the Whitmarsh name. Maybe he had it changed when he grew up.? He had 2 sisters, Martha & Mary. He married Sara Annie Guthrie, born 7/23/1902 in Stockbridge, GA, died 11/20/1995 in Atlanta, GA. They had one son, Benjamin Graham Seabrook, born 2/27,1922, died 11/2002 in McDonough, GA. His spouse was Marie Helen Tidwell, born 7/20/1922, still living. They had two sons, (1) Benjamin William Seabrook II, born 3/10/1943, still living, married Beverly Joyce Camp (myself), June 25, 1965. We had one son Benjamin William Seabrook III, born June 4, 1968. - his spouse is Ginger Preston and they have one son Aaron William Seabrook, born March 6, 1996. Don't have birth dates on Ginger. The second son of B.G.Seabrook (2) Larry Tidwell Seabrook, born 5/28/1946, still living.
