Mary Ann Seabrooke(nee McMullin) did have a daughter Mary born abt 1853 in Liverpool,but i have her being married to Richard Williams by licence at the Parish church Liverpool on the 18thDec 1873 so i dont think i can help ,sorry.
ps I seem to remember a Seabrooke living in Roby(also part of Liverpool)and i think she was a school teacher.
