Seeking Frederick John Seabrook b1881 and descendents

I am trying to find out what happened to my grandfather's brother, Frederick John Seabrook and his family. Fred was born 1881 in Stoke Newington, London, England. He married Edith Jessie Kippen around 1906/7 and their daughter Edith Amelia was born in Leyton, Essex in 1907. In 1911 Fred was a cycle dealer living at 290 High Road, Leyton, London, England. In Oct 1916 his daughter died and they had no more natural children. He and his wife adopted a girl Ruby but as it was pre-1927 there were no formal papers. Ruby married but there was no marriage record for her under Ruby Seabrook, so she may have retained her original maiden name. Fred, Edith and Ruby then vanish from all the English records ie no death records. My father inherited the house in the 1930's and said Ruby was alive at the time. Are you descended from Ruby? Do you know what happened to Fred and Edith? Did they move overseas? I would like to find out what happened, so please contact me if you have any information.
