I don't know if this is the same Frederick John Seabrook, but a Frederick John Seabrook was the Clerk to the Guardians of the Union Workhouse in Edgware (Redhill House). Then amazingly enough, a F.J. Seabrook was the Superintendent Registrar who signed the marriage certificate for my husband's grandparents. That was in February 1915 in the Hendon District. I'm assuming in Edgware but can't confirm that.
