I don't know where Thomas came from. The book Ancient Monmouth families lists James Seabrook. I wonder if he is the father of Thomas. Since he was there so early perhaps he started out in Burlington co. Some of the other families that are listed can also be found in early Burlington records. Seabrook is a very rare name but I believe it is possibly English.
