Ray, spent a hot few hours this past Saturday tracking down the Mentzer Farm Family Cemetery in Tomstown, PA. What a shame it lies neglected and deteriorating in the middle of corn fields! Tried to copy down every headstone that was readable; couldn't find Barbara's, but did find Joseph Mentzer's which reads: Joseph Mentzer, Pennsylvania, PVT 1BN, Cumberland Co. Mil,
Rev War, 1828.
Hope to go back after the corn is harvested and try to clean the site up a bit.
Thanks for the lead on this site.
