In the years since we posted these messages, I have found that your Silas R. and my Lydia P. Seamons are siblings. Their parents were David Seamons and Mary Potter and they were married in RI. Some of the kids were born there, Lydia was born in NY state on their trip to PA. David had a brother Jonathan who also moved to PA with his wife Rebecca Tuttle.
This is what I currently have on Silas.
