Do you know anything about the change of the Seaney name to Ceney? I am a great grand daughter of Thomas Ceney who was listed on his marriage certificate at St. John's Church the Pleck as Thomas Seaney, the son of Robert Seaney. Thomas was born in Dudley. His name was spelled Ceney in the 1881 British census and is used by his descendents in the USA.
