I don't recall my grandmother looking particularly Spanish. When I asked my grandmother on my father's side what nationality I was, she said: Scott, English, Irish and Dutch. Whether this was true or not I don't know. I know on my father's side is Irish. If you would notice- Charles Sebastian married an Adamson therefore my father and mother were 3rd Cousins and I'm there 4th cousin. It was a joke in the family and now since I've been doing some geneology, I have found that my husband is my fourth cousin. How ironic.

I lived through the age of 14 in Washington, D. C., my grandmother Maude living in Georgetown on Que Street. My family then moved to Chevy Chase, Md, then Bethesda, Md. When I married I moved to Arlington, Va., then to Fairfax, Va, and now Leesburg, Va. for the past 30 years.

If it is possible, could you send me your Screen name so that I might write you by e-mail. Mine is Sharus@aol.com.
