Maybe this will help a little or at least give you a starting point. I am a direct descendent of Issac. His middle initial was S. and I could never figure it out. Perhaps he was the first one to use both names, or had even taken it as a middle name. All the children from #2 Rachel Bryant, seemed to have used the Barker name.
