Sebastian Bavarians settled in Midwest

Looking for Sebastian relatives who were Bevarian Catholics and ended up in Indiana-Illinois-Kentucky area. My ancestor is George Sebastian born around 1820's in Bavaria. He had a son Joseph (b. 1854) in the U.S. who married Louisa Wolf in 1880 in Gipson County, Indiana. I am a descendent of their son, John Sebastian (1883-1965) who married Mary Angermeier. Please let me know if you have any connections.
