Sandy,
Thank you for responding. It sounds as though there could be a connection here.I have consistently researched using both Sebastian and Bastian as surnames.Do you have any suggestion as to where I might look next?Have you ordered any of the Rev. War records on the Sebastian/Bastian family? If so, is the name SEBASTIAN or BASTIAN?My gr-gr-grandfather GEORGE SEBASTIAN (1804-1877) consistently specified PA as his birth location.George's father William is head of household in Coshocton, OH in 1820 & George is head of household in Coshocton in 1830 but there is no record available that specifies William's birth location nor Isabella's maiden name. They were probably married in PA.The given names you listed are similar to many of the names given to George's descendants.Henry is quite prevalent.I have a lot on the descendants but have reached an dead end regarding the PA ancestors. Please e-mail me with any suggestion or any connection you see.
Gratefully,
Jean
