My mother's mother was Maude Sebastian, married to Charles Edward Lyddane. Charles died in either 1933 or 1934. Maude died in the '40's. They lived in Georgetown, DC Her mother was Mary Emma Adamson, born about 1853 and her father was Charles W. Sebastian. They were married in 12/13/1870 in Washington D.C. Maude's mother, Mary died in 8/21/33.

Maude Sebastian Lyddane had 4 children. Thelma Virginia, Margaret, Edward and Nellie
Both Margaret and Edward died in the 40's and Nellie died in either 1933 or 1934. Thelma died in 1957.

I never was told anything about the Sebastian side of the family. I would love to know about them and where they came from. I have always thought they were of Spanish decent. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
