Looking for any connection with the Secords and Swarthout's in the area of Battle Creek, MI. I have 1910 & 1920 census with Charles Secord married to Julia (Swarthout), my great-aunt and living with them Emma Swarthout, my great-grandmother. In 1910 it looks like they were living with Henry Thompson and Rosa (Swarthout)in Battle Creek.
Charles Secord would have been born around 1885, most likely in Michigan, Julia was born Dec. 1889 and Emma was born June 1859. Emma was the window of John H. Swarthout, my great-grandfather, who passed away Sept.15, 1901 in Horton, MI. Any info would be appreciated.
