According to Don Secor's information on rootsweb (which at least for my part I have been able to verify my lines) - Asa and Jeanette had 13 children - none Mary or Mariah- he also does not list a Sanford Darling in his database-
Asa and Jeanette - according to his data- had Robert b 1832; Asa b 1833; Jennie b 1835; Elizabeth b 1839 - these are the children around the years you are looking for.
