Hello - I think we may be related. My Seddon family also came from Wigan, England and settled in same area of Fayette Co, PA and are buried in Redstone Cemetery. Perhaps they were cousins.
I have a William b 1878 in Ashton-in-Makerfield, which is very close to Wigan, son of Joseph Seddon and Ellen Tootle. Jane Seddon, a daughter of Joseph & Ellen was b. 1876 in Ashton, immigrated to Pennsylvania, returned to England with her mother, then married John Griffiths. After Ellen's death Jane & John came back to PA and settled in Brownsville, PA. John is buried in Redstone Cemetery. Most of family stayed in Uniontown area.
