Sandy, I believe I found enough information that shows a match. Eli Seddens first wife was Jane and she died July 21, 1855. The 1850 and 1860 census shows the following children; William, Margaret, Thomas, Lucy, and Elizabeth. I believe that the Thomas is your line. Eli married again on October 15, 1856 to Clarissa Loomis and had at least one daughter, Esther, my line. Elizabeth went by Jennie and was married to Lynn H. Kerr on April 6, 1876. In Jennie E. Kerrs obituary in 1932, she was listed as the daughter of Eli and Jane Sedden. It also stated that she died in the home of her niece, May Ridgway, my aunt. Recently going through my Aunt Mays belongings, I found a copy of Jennies will. My Aunt was the executrix. In the fourth paragraph she left some money to her two nieces and nephew; Mrs. Ida Harrison of Titusville, PA, Mrs. Annie McFeely of Buffalo, NY and Fred Morris of Spartansburg, PA. Let me know what you think.
