I am the daughter of William E.Sedgley (who was a lieutenant in the Royal Engineers and was accidentally killed along with my brother Melvyn (7 years old),in August 1953 in Libya. My mother (Peggy) consequently remarried and settled in Wales and all contact with any of my father's relatives ceased. I was born in 1950 and christened in Wednesbury Staffs.........I would be most grateful....if anyone has any information about my family or indeed any helpful websites where I could do my own research. Thanking you in anticipation of a response.
