Does anybody know of someone called Sedgley who was a piano teacher to Lady Ann Stanley. She was the daughter of the Earl of Derby, England, and apparently they ran off together. This is a story which has been passed down through my mums family but which have never ben proved to be true. (My mum is Patrician Sedgley daughter of Stanley John (aka Jack) Sedgley fromt the Southampton area (Hants, England). I'd love to hear from amyone who may be related.
