Original Robert Sedgley went to Bowdoinham from York in 1750. I have his wife as a Littlefield, but don't have her first name. Your Robert would have been a descendant but not a child of this settler. probably a grandchild..or grt grndcld, don't you think? Many Bowdoinham records reportedly lost in fire.
My uncle wrote a book and tried to reconstruct some of that line. Sarah would have been born abt 1830?
I do not have her listed in Uncle George's book.
