Segovias from Nuevo Leon, early 1900's

I am wondering if anyone knows about Segovias from Arranvery (?probably spelled incorrectly), Nuevo Leon, Mexico around the early 1900's. My grandfather Jose Efrain Zavala SEGOVIA was born in Arranvery, NL, Mexico on 9 Jul 1906 to Julian Deltoro SEGOVIA and Hipolita Viauela ZAVALA (D. 15 Dec 1914). All that I know is strictly from family hearsay, but supposedly my grandfather left Mexico when his family died of small pox. I seem to recall that one of his sisters went with him. (His sisters names were Augustine, Elvira, and Oselia.) My grandfather married Ramona Mancia HINOJOSA in 1938 and had 9 children. My father is the youngest son, the eighth child.
If you have any information or have any ideas for me, I would appreciate a response. Thanks.
