Hey Sheila hope all is well. I have finally confirmed how George W. Seth SR born in Maryland in 1800 got to Arkansas. Irene Rutter a great genealogist found his military record. He enlisted in the US Army in January 23rd, of 1823. He gives his age as 23, which puts his date of birth as being born in 1800. It give his physical description and gives his occupation as shoemaker. He lists his birth place as Queen Anne County, MD. The only family that fits that was living in Queen Anne county during that time period is James Seth son of (John Seth). So great news we finally have our lineage. which I had narrowed down already through process of elimation and DNA testing.

It appears George W. Seth SR ended up in Arkansas via the US army. I always thought this was the most logical reason why he ended up on the frontier with no family to speak off.

My lineage goes

Jacobus Seth
Charles Seth the 1st
John Seth
James Seth died in Jan 1802 married to Sarah Grant frist and then Julianna Cheeves
George W. Seth born 1800 died 1849 in Seiver Co Arkanas
George W. Seth jr born 1846
Isaac Seth Sr born 1879
Isaac Seth jr born 1919
Gregory Seth
Jarrod Seth
John Seth
