My husband is descended from Olive Sevigny, sister to Francois-Xavier and Isaie. I stopped at the great-grandparents.

First Generation
----------------------------------------

1. Antoine Sevigny de Chester. Born on 14 Nov 1799 in St-Antoine-de-Tilly, Lotbiniere, QC.[1] Antoine was baptized on 15 Nov 1799.

On 5 Mar 1821 when Antoine was 21, he married Angelique Aubin, daughter of Louis Aubin & Angelique Bergeron, in St. Antoine de Tilly, Lotbiniere, Quebec.[2]

They had the following children:
       2       i.       Olive (ca1835-ca1906)
              ii.       Zoe[3].

On 25 Nov 1844 Zoe married Louis Cote[3],[2], son of Joseph Cote dit Frechette & Julie Maufette/Maufaitte/Moufette, in St. Antoine, St. Antoine-de-Tilly, Lotbiniere.[3]

       3       iii.       Antoine
              iv.       Henriette.

On 18 Aug 1864 Henriette married Andre Simoneau[3], son of Benjamin Simoneau & Brigitte Couture, in St-Ferdinand d'Halifax, Megantic, Quebec.[3]

              v.       Jean-Baptiste.

On 23 Jul 1849 Jean-Baptiste married Marie deLima Rousseau, daughter of Joseph Rousseau & Euphrosine Bergeron, in St-Antoine-de-Tilly, Lotbiniere, QC.[3]

       4       vi.       Isaie (ca1827-)
              vii.       Mathilde[3].

On 6 Aug 1839 Mathilde married Edouard Bergeron, son of Jean Baptiste Bergeron & M. Ursule Chaine, in St-Antoine-de-Tilly, Lotbiniere, QC.[3]

              viii.       Francois Xavier[2]. Born in 1844. Francois Xavier died in Biddeford, York, ME in Nov 1921, he was 77.[2] Buried on 16 Nov 1921 in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Biddeford, ME.

On 3 Oct 1865 when Francois Xavier was 21, he married Rose Simoneau, daughter of Benjamin Simoneau & Brigitte Couture, in St-Ferdinand d'Halifax, Megantic, Quebec.[2] Born ca 1828.

              ix.       Marie. Born ca Dec 1821. Marie died on 28 Mar 1896, she was 74.[2]

On 4 Feb 1856 when Marie was 34, she married Ambrose Croteau, in St-Ferdinand d'Halifax, Megantic, Quebec.[2]

              x.       Elisabeth[2].

              xi.       Philomene[2].

On 28 Feb 1866 Philomene married Joseph Roberge[2], in St-Ferdinand d'Halifax, Megantic, Quebec.[2]




Second Generation

2. Olive Sevigny.[4] Born ca 1835 in Quebec, Canada. Olive died in Biddeford, ME, USA ca 1906, she was 71.[5],[6]

On 25 Oct 1852 when Olive was 17, she married Leon Cote, son of Joseph Cote dit Frechette & Julie Maufette/Maufaitte/Moufette, in St. Ferdinand, Bernieville, Megantic, Quebec.[7] Born ca 1836. Leon died ca 1905, he was 69.[4]

They had the following children:
              i.       Emerance. Born on 3 Dec 1854.

On 9 Nov 1872 when Emerance was 17, she married Louis Morin[4], in Biddeford, ME.[8] Born on 12 Mar 1854.[4]

              ii.       Olive (Twin). Born in 1858. Olive died on 27 Nov 1925, she was 67.

Olive married Cyprien Cote[4], son of Isidore Cote & Rosalie Huppe. Born in 1850.

              iii.       Leon (Twin). Born in 1858.[4]

On 14 Nov 1880 when Leon was 22, he married Sarah Gagnon[4], in Biddeford, ME.[8]

              iv.       Henriette. Born on 26 Sep 1859 in Ham Nord, Quebec, Canada. Henriette died in Flagstone, Bristish Columbia on 25 Sep 1934, she was 74.[9]

On 15 Aug 1880 when Henriette was 20, she married Joseph Brulotte Jr[4],[10], in Biddeford, ME. Born on 17 Jun 1860 in St. Ferdinand, Quebec.

Philomine married Charles Gagné[4].

On 1 Jan 1882 Remi married Emilie Bastille, in Biddeford, ME.

On 16 Feb 1890 when Rose de Lima was 23, she married Edouard Charbonneau, son of Antoine Charbonneau (ca1815-) & Césairie Casgrain (ca1816-), in St. Joseph Church, Amesbury, MA.[4] Born ca 1861 in St. Hilaire, Conti du Rouville,Quebec.[4] Edouard died in Newburyport, MA on 27 Jul 1933, he was 72.[13]
