Rachel Sewell Burton (Chambers Co., AL)

Rachel Sewell Burton (1792-1881) and Jacob Burton (1792-1864) were living in Chambers County, Alabama during the 1860 Census. Jacob Burton died and was buried near LaFayette in Chambers County in 1864, and Rachel Sewell Burton was buried near LaFayette in Chambers County in 1881. But I have been unable to find Rachel Sewell in the 1870 or 1880 Census, in Chambers County or anywhere else. Can anyone help?
