Richard(?)Sewell named his first son, Sam Houston Sewell. Was married between 1876 and 1885 to a Mollie or Mary. After his death, two children, James and Lottie, were said to be orphans on 1900 census in South Range 4 East, Township 5, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory. Children were staying with the Cox and Burton families. Older boys were working for the Edgmon family. Did the father just leave or die? Who was he and where did he come from and where did he go?
