So glad you found a copy of the book. Australia? Wow! She really got around!

Bernice did have some copies still on hand at the time of her death. They are now in the possession of another member of the family. I can put anyone interested in touch with them.

To the best of my knowledge, all additional information she collected after the book was published was included in the newsletters that she, and then later, Paul Jorgensen, published. (For a note regarding Paul see message #27)

I have put on my Family Tree Maker program all the information for my husband's direct line back to Richard Shackleton, 1720-1790. I have thought that someone (me?) should put all the lines in the book into a genealogy program, then the next project would be to integrate all the additional information from the newsletters into it. I haven't really looked at them enough to know what all is there.
