Yes, this Richard (born 1760 or 1763, depending on which source you look at) is the grandfather of Isaac born 1836 or 1838 (the 1900 census says 1838, the book "Births and Deaths of Cowley county, Kansas, where Isaac died, shows his birth as Sept 7 1836.)

This is probably the same Isaac, his father was Samuel, born about 1790.
