I am attempting to find a connection between the wife of Jonathan Robbins' wife, Mary ?, to the Sharps family of John Sharps/Christiana Vanover in Hunterdon and Sussex County (now Warren County, NJ). John Sharps' first wife was Christiana Vanover. They had many children, including Christian, Peter and Margaret. I feel that they also are the parents of Mary who was born 1776 according to her gravestone in the Greenwich Cemetery. There is a gap in the list of children for that time. The names of her children seem to be a clue and connection to the Sharps/Vanover family. The children of Mary and Jonathan Robbins were: Christiana (possibly Mary's mother), John Sharps (possibly Mary's father), Jonathan Green (Jonathan's family names) and Mary Vanover (possibly named for Mary ?, her mother).
I would welcome any help with this mystery in our family.
