Thank you, Katherine, for all your hard work and your search for the truth. I know that Elizabeth Graddy and her 1st husband, John Graddy, were cousins and that Elizabeth's father was Thomas Graddy, but I can't find how Thomas connects with the rest of my Graddy line in Duplin Co, NC. So far as I can find, John "The Elder" Graddy and Mary Whitfield (John Graddy's - Elizabeth's husband's - parents) were responsible for all the Graddy (Grady)line in Duplin Co, NC, and those with roots in Duplin Co, NC. So Thomas Graddy has to be a cousin to John, but I'm unable to document it or to find out his wife's name.
