I hope you are still searching for Jacob Shelnutt. He happens to be my Great Great Grandfather. He was born in 1819 or 1815 and I believe died in 1860. He married Frances L. Baker on Dec. 8, 1944. They had four children: Emma, Fannie, William and James Edward. James Edward was my Great Grandfather. He married Martha Ann Jarrett and hence on down the line to my Grandmother who was Hannah Anna Shelnutt.

If you wish to have all the information I have on the Shellnut family prior to 1758, please contact me.
