The Shelnut/Shelnutt/Shellnut/Shellnutt are also in different areas of SC, GA, AL and other states. You also have this family in Canada in the 1700's. The first Shelnutt in Walton County was William Shelnut, he was in Walton County by 1830. The Shelnutt line is a very large line.
