For those of you wanting to know about your Shikle connections in MO, KY, you will find answers in the books "The Shoe Cobbler's Kin", a genealogy of The Peter Eaker Sr. Family, Volumes I and especially Volume II, which can be found in most major Library collections.

If you live in the Cole/Moniteau Co., MO area they are at the State Library, Annsas City, Independence, Columbia and most all libraries south of St. Louis.

For your NC and PA connections (including points south) you will find them in the book "German Speaking People West of The Catawba River in NC 1750-1800" which is also in most major libraries.
